About Registration
Can I register more than one person under the same reservation?

Yes! You can register more than one person under the same reservation.

What is my registration fee for?

Your registration fee grants you access to all components of the 1DayHouston experience - with it you also get access to the stadium celebration and an exclusive 1DayHouston shirt to mark your experience.

Does my registration fee include food and beverage?

Food and beverage will be available for purchase in the stadium but are NOT included in your registration fee.

About Volunteering
What is a Serve Center?

The hero of 1DayHouston is not the team of 40,000 volunteers, influencers, or the government - the hero of 1DayHouston are the local organizations of Houston making an impact every day of the year. Everything 1DayHouston does starts and ends with local organization partnerships. Each handpicked org will be assigned a serve radius 1-2 miles around their campus and become a center of service and aid through the campaign. Each person reached during the campaign is connected back to their organization with intelligent data points and relationship history. In the weeks following 1DayHouston, Serve Centers will execute authentic follow-up with each person in their radius.

What kind of volunteering will I be doing?

Volunteer projects are based on the needs in the local community. As you choose your Serve Center you’ll be able to select the type of service you’d like to participate in.

Will there be volunteer shifts available in case I cannot commit to a full day?

There is no standard start or end day for service on April 29. Every Serve Center sets custom hours of operation. These will vary by time of day and length of service.

Will food/drink be provided during volunteer time?

No food/drink will be provided by your serve center, so we encourage every volunteer to bring their own water bottle and snack. Most serve projects only last 2-3 hours. This should allow each volunteer to grab a meal before the stadium event.

Can my child serve? How old do they need to be to serve?

Love Has No Limits recommends bringing your children with you to serve! We’ve found children as young as 7 can offer value at the Serve Center as well as have a fulfilling and fun experience! We discourage families bringing kids 6 and under with them to serve. No childcare will be provided at any 1DayHouston Serve Center.

About the Arena Event
Is parking covered in my registration fee?

Parking is not covered in your registration fee, so we suggest that you plan ahead and consider carpooling with your serve group.

Can I bring my kids?

Children are welcome! This is a family-friendly event.

When do doors open? How early should my group plan to arrive?

Doors open at 5:30pm.

How do I receive my access pass to the arena?

Your arena access will be emailed to you a few days before the event and you will be able to view and use it through the AXS mobile app. You can download the AXS app in the Apple app or Google Play store.
